I founded DNA Fitness Performance with one purpose: to guide individuals toward long-lasting, meaningful transformation through personalized, science-based coaching. My journey in the fitness industry spans over 20 years, across two continents, and includes more than 20,000 private training sessions delivered to clients with diverse goals, backgrounds, and abilities.
Throughout my career, I have worked with people from all over the world — from complete beginners taking their first step, to high-performing athletes preparing for extreme challenges. I’ve coached individuals to lose 20, 40, and even over 100 pounds, supported clients in recovering from injuries, and helped others achieve major milestone goals, including finishing marathons, Spartan races, and Ironman events they once believed were out of reach.
Why I Developed This Method
Too many people struggle with generic fitness plans, inconsistent motivation, and programs that don’t consider their lifestyle, limitations, or psychology. I knew that real success required a better system — one that integrates individual assessment, progressive structure, accountability, and practical habit development.
